With an average capacity of 1.2 metric tons of recycled plastic production per hour, the plant is able to recycle more than 850 metric tons per month of PP and PE. This high recycling capacity can only be achieved with the use of the latest technologies provided by SOREMA ™ and EREMA ™, a two leader companies in the field of plastic washing and extruding industry.

The diversity of BRC, in the recycling of house hold waste, enabled the plant to accommodate a complete division in the collection, sorting and baling of all the different categories of waste paper. with a monthly capacity exceeding 2,500 tons of waste paper, BRC has initiated its first step to the future expansion in the full recycling of old corrugated carton for the production of Fluting and Testliner


As a company with many years of experience, we can offer high quality reganulated plastic raw material, covering most of grades of both Polypropylene and Polyethylene. All our products are supported with Technical data sheets and Material safety data sheets. All plastic wastes collected by us are directly processed in our plant with the use of modern machines and technologies in a monitored environment.
- Collected plastic wastes are sorted manually, thanks to expert workers who are able to identify each and every plastic grade.
- Sorted plastic is then baled, each grade separately, and then transferred to raw material store, ready to be processed in the next stage.
- According to the monthly production plans, each grade is transferred to be fed to Sorema™ washing line. During this stage, sorted plastic wastes are shredded, washed twice, crushed to small flakes (15mm) and then dried mechanically and thermally. The final product of this stage is plastic flakes.
- Generated plastic flakes are then fed to Erema ™ extruder to convert plastic flakes into plastic granules.
Every stage of our production is subject to a continuous quality control. We possess our own laboratory equipped with necessary instruments to test parameters of produced granules. Tested parameters are MFI, density, ash content and humidity content. This is all done to ensure operations in accordance to international regulations and standards.


Part of its continuous and strive efforts to be in line with latest industrial trends, and in order to support quality control team, Beatouna Recycling Company built its own laboratory that has the capability to perform all required tests to ensure that produced plastic pellets are in line with market requirements and within highly acceptable parameters. This includes melt flow index, ash content, humidity content and density. In addition to this, water used for washing raw plastic material is always tested in order to maintain proper recycling procedure.


Beatouna Recycling Company invested in procuring its own water treatment plant to support the recycling plant with the required 60 m3/hr of clean water. This investment is in line with BRC values, being environmentally oriented and saving the limited water resources in the State of Kuwait.
